TAG!
Right now I am between classes and was looking through everyone's older posts to keep myself from eating the entire nearest McDonald's and saw something neat. A while ago Laresa tagged me to tell 7 random things about myself. I never saw this, so I decided to do it today! Here goes:
1. I still get really excited when people compliment my wedding ring. (Not in a conceited way, but more of a little girl with new shoes way.) I rarely go a whole day without someone saying how unique or pretty it is, but I still get the butterflies. I think every girl should because there's one person who put a lot of energy into picking out a symbol of their affection to match you. And I happen to think it matches me perfect :]
2. I hate cardboard. This is by far the weirdest phenomenon about myself, but I can't stand cardboard. When I have to open a box I cringe, and the sound of it rubbing another piece of cardboard sends shivers up my spine. My sister is the only other person I know on planet Earth who feels even a fraction of my strange loathing.
3. It doesn't matter how many times I watch P.S. I Love You, I will still bawl like a baby. And it doesn't matter how many times I've seen Hairspray, I will still laugh hysterically when I see John Travolta in a fat suit. I love good laughs and good cries.
4. I want to have 5 kids. Yes, when Ginger used to say this I thought she was crazy. But I figured if I'm going to wait until I finish school, I should get to choose how many. And I want 5. Don't try to change my mind, it's a wasted effort. Haha!
5. I had a cast on some part of my body for half of my senior year of high school. I know it's weird, but the more I study, the more I love bones. I'm fascinated with how they fit together and move. It doesn't even gross me out to see the broken ones. The human body is incredible and I want so badly to work in ortho. (I'm a dork, I know.)
6. I am obsessed with the Twilight series. I never thought I'd be interested in anything like them, but Stephenie Meyer is a genius and the bookworm in me is counting down the day until the next one comes out.
7. Lastly, I never loved anyone before Jack. I know it's cliche, but I honestly went from boy to boy and it would make me sick to hold hands with them. I liked having guy friends, but I could date someone for really long periods of time and still wonder why I didn't think about them unless they were around. Jack was the first guy I couldn't get off my mind. And I don't get nauseous when he says really lovey-dovey things to me. I can't imagine what he sees in me, but I'm thankful for every day!
Well, I guess it's my turn to tag someone else! Sorry I was a little late on this one Laresa! I tag: Connie, Christy, and Michelle!

Just a few pictures from Utah...
Wednesday, March 12, 2008
I think everyone:
should read "Twilight," "New Moon," and "Eclipse" by Stephenie Meyer! They are the best books. Everyone in Idaho and Utah kept talking about how good they were and while I didn't think I'd be interested in it at all, I haven't been able to put them down! Stephenie Meyer is a BYU graduate with a bachelor's in English and I love the way she writes. I can't wait for the fourth book and this just in: they are starting to film the first movie based on "Twilight." Check them out, you won't be sorry!
